It was the first time the clown was eating Thanksgiving dinner without his family. Trying to re-enact the tradition, he prepared a dinner for himself alone. The next day, his mother called to see how everything went.
“Oh, Mom, I made myself a lovely dinner, but I had so much trouble trying to eat the turkey!” said the clown.
“Didn’t it taste okay?” his mother asked.
“I don’t know,” the clown said. “It wouldn’t sit still!”
