A pregnant woman was in a terrible car accident, and had to be put in an induced coma. When they wake her up from her coma, she looks down and realises that she is no longer pregnant.
“Oh now”, she cries, “I’ve lost my baby!”
The doctor reassures her, “It’s alright, you gave birth to twins two months ago, & you have a very healthy son & daughter.”
The doctor goes on to explain, “Because you were still unconscious, we asked your brother to name your babies.”
”Oh no” the new mother replied, “my brother is an idiot – what names did he come up with?”
“Well, he named your daughter ‘Denise’.”
“Oh, that’s not so bad”, she replied. “But what did he name my son?”
“De nephew!”
