Dressed as an IRS agent for Halloween – IRS agent? A costume *far* too scary for Trick or Treat!
The door bell, rang, and a man answered the door. There stood a plain but well dressed kid, saying, “Trick or Treat!”
The man asked the kid, “What are you dressed up for Halloween as?”
The kid replied, “I’m an IRS agent.”
Then he took 28% of the man’s candy, left, and didn’t say “Thank You”.
